Business Process Manager (m/f/d) Sales Processes

for an international technology and market leader in production systems

Our client is the world's leading supplier of factory automation. The product portfolio includes robots, metal processing and injection molding machines, and state-of-the-art control systems for automating industry. The company, which is extremely successful worldwide, has decided to migrate its existing ERP system to SAP throughout its European subsidiaries. One of the purposes of this migration is to increase the efficiency of all sales-related processes and ensure a higher level of customer and employee satisfaction. For this appealing role, comprising many different tasks, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager (m/f/d) for the process chain from customer management and acquisition through quotation generation and invoicing (Quote-to-Cash).


Your tasks

  • Documentation, analysis and continuous improvement of sales-related processes in all European sales and service subsidiaries
  • Determine relevant KPIs and the necessary specifications for retrieving and assessing them from the ERP system (also as a basis for SAP)
  • Responsibility for cross-border documentation of sales-related processes and implementation of appropriate training measures
  • Develop and evaluate future improvement measures including cost/benefit analysis
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments, process owners, key users and co-workers in IT

Your profile

  • Several years’ experience in business process management, process re-engineering combined with analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and conflict and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convince - also at international management level - and exceptional intercultural competence
  • Open-mindedness, innovative thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Good knowledge of IT systems such as ERP (ideally SAP S4/Hana)/CRM (ideally Sales Force)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and willingness to travel regularly
